Jess Benefield and Trey Burnette, the geniuses behind our East Nashville favorite, Two Ten Jack, recently opened their newest concept in downtown Nashville. The Green Pheasant has a more elevated take on the traditional Japanese cuisine that Jess and Trey have become known for, but it’s still extremely approachable. Our favorite dishes are the Spicy Crab Noodles and the tamago sando (or as some would say, the egg sandwich). We have visited a handful of times and have never been disappointed with anything. On top of delicious food, they also have a very unique cocktail menu with tons of sake and Shochu.
